Developer participation. Third-party developers may list applications by posting a BSYA listing deposit that is locked for the duration of the listing. The deposit is returned on removal provided the developer meets the marketplace quality policy. The deposit is a participation bond, not a fundraising contribution and not an income-generating instrument.

What utility does not mean. Utility functions do not imply interest, yield, passive income, guaranteed appreciation, or any promise that the token will grow in value. Usage of BSYA generates no reward that is funded by new user deposits. There is no staking reward program, no APY, and no presale bonus.

When a marketplace transaction settles in BSYA, a fixed protocol fee is retired from circulating supply by sending it to the burn address 0x000...dead. This is an engineering parameter that makes marketplace settlement self-contained on-chain and makes the settlement fee transparent and auditable on BscScan.

A user may reach the same tier by any permitted path (balance, pay-per-use, or conventional billing where applicable).

BSYA does not implement a formal on-chain DAO, does not confer corporate voting rights, and does not give holders any legal claim against Basys Analytics or its affiliates. The project team publishes operational parameters and may solicit non-binding community input on threshold changes. Any governance input is advisory only.

The token contract is a BEP-20 implementation on BNB Smart Chain built on OpenZeppelin libraries. The settlement fee is enforced at contract level. The contract architecture is intentionally minimal: token balances, the settlement-fee hook, and the access-tier read surface used by the marketplace backend.
