Why blockchain, specifically. BSYA exists to enable programmable on-chain access rules, developer deposits on marketplace listings, and selected discounts that settle without a central payment processor. Blockchain is an engineering choice for specific marketplace flows — it is not the business model.

The Marketplace is the operational core of the BSYA ecosystem — a curated platform hosting professional analytics, education, and business applications across multiple categories. Access is granted either by holding BSYA at a given service tier, by BSYA pay-per-use with discount eligibility, or by conventional fiat/Bitcoin payment.

Developer participation. Third-party developers may list applications by posting a BSYA listing deposit that is locked for the duration of the listing. The deposit is returned on removal provided the developer meets the marketplace quality policy. The deposit is a participation bond, not a fundraising contribution and not an income-generating instrument.

What utility does not mean. Utility functions do not imply interest, yield, passive income, guaranteed appreciation, or any promise that the token will grow in value. Usage of BSYA generates no reward that is funded by new user deposits. There is no staking reward program, no APY, and no presale bonus.

No supply allocation is marketed as a yield-bearing pool. None of the allocations above pay interest, yield, or returns to token holders. All amounts, vesting windows, and contract addresses are auditable on-chain at the BscScan links above.

When a marketplace transaction settles in BSYA, a fixed protocol fee is retired from circulating supply by sending it to the burn address 0x000...dead. This is an engineering parameter that makes marketplace settlement self-contained on-chain and makes the settlement fee transparent and auditable on BscScan.

Not a value-growth promise. Supply retirement reduces outstanding BSYA in circulation. It does not guarantee, imply, or promise that the market price of BSYA will increase. No representation is made about future price behavior. Market price is determined entirely by independent market participants and may rise, fall, or reach zero.

The settlement fee parameter is set and adjusted by the project team as an operational parameter, with advance notice posted publicly before any change takes effect. The current parameter is published with the contract on BscScan.

Basys Analytics offers four service tiers — Free, Builder, Pro, and Partner. Each tier defines the apps and capabilities available to a user. Tier access is unified: any of three paths qualifies for the same tier — hold the tier's BSYA balance, pay per use, or hold an active subscription (or, for Partner, a signed commercial agreement). No tier is balance-only and no tier is subscription-only.
Basys Analytics bietet vier Service-Tiers — Free, Builder, Pro und Partner. Jeder Tier definiert die verfügbaren Apps und Funktionen. The three access paths are equivalent in entitlement. A user may move between paths at any time without an access change: a BSYA balance can replace a lapsed subscription, a subscription can replace a sold-down balance, and pay-per-use is available without either. Independently of the access path, any user may also pay individual marketplace items or MSP invoices in BSYA at checkout for the per-transaction BSYA-payment discount — a payment-method discount that is not a tier benefit.

The BSYA-balance thresholds — 250 / 1,000 / 5,000 BSYA for Builder / Pro / Partner — are technical access parameters set by the project team and may be adjusted with advance public notice. Holding BSYA at a tier threshold grants access only; it does not generate yield, dividend, or revenue share, and it does not represent a deposit with Basys Analytics. Users may sell, transfer, or otherwise reduce a held balance at any time — doing so simply changes which access path applies.

The BSYA-payment discount applies per-transaction to any marketplace item or MSP invoice paid in BSYA, regardless of tier or access path. Card and SEPA payments use the listed price. Bitcoin payments receive a separate per-transaction discount as a parallel crypto payment option.

Tiers and their entitlements describe usage rights only. They never pay interest, yield, dividend, or revenue share. Tier thresholds, access paths, and entitlements may be adjusted by the project team as operational parameters with advance notice.

How a marketplace user obtains BSYA. BSYA may be received through marketplace activity at no purchase cost: a 100 BSYA welcome bonus is granted on signup and held in a claimable balance until a wallet is connected; 5% cashback in BSYA is granted on every fiat-paid marketplace purchase; 200 BSYA is granted per paying user referred. These are loyalty rewards for platform use — not investment products, not income-generating instruments, and not a substitute for purchasing BSYA on a third-party venue. They are funded from the Public allocation described in Section 5.
Wie ein Marketplace-Nutzer BSYA erhält. Users may also obtain BSYA through: marketplace work paid in BSYA (developers, agent operators, MSP customers), refundable listing deposits returned in good standing, third-party DEX purchase if and when liquidity exists, vesting releases per Section 5, or any other lawful third-party transfer.

Basys Analytics does not operate a fiat-to-BSYA conversion service in Phase 1. Customers cannot purchase BSYA from Basys with their card. Card payments are for marketplace credit and services only.

Wallet onboarding. Users may connect a wallet to Basys Analytics in either of two ways: (1) connecting an existing self-custodied wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Rabby, Trust Wallet) via WalletConnect or RainbowKit; or (2) creating a wallet through an integrated third-party non-custodial wallet provider (such as Privy, Magic.link, or Web3Auth). In both cases, the user holds the keys to their wallet — Basys Analytics never holds keys, never has custodial control over user BSYA, and never moves BSYA out of a user wallet without the user's explicit signed authorization.
Wallet-Onboarding. Nutzer können eine Wallet auf zwei Wegen mit Basys Analytics verbinden: (1) Verbindung einer bestehenden selbstverwahrten Wallet (z. B. Pre-wallet, all earned rewards (welcome bonus, cashback, referrals) accumulate as a claimable balance attached to the user's account. The claimable balance is a contractual obligation by Basys Analytics to deliver the corresponding BSYA to the user upon wallet connection — it is not a tradeable asset and not a financial instrument. Claimable balances expire 12 months after the rewards are earned if unclaimed, in line with standard loyalty program practice.

The token contract is a BEP-20 implementation on BNB Smart Chain built on OpenZeppelin libraries. The settlement fee is enforced at contract level. The contract architecture is intentionally minimal: token balances, the settlement-fee hook, and the access-tier read surface used by the marketplace backend.

A full security audit of the BSYA token smart contract by CertiK is currently in progress. The intended scope covers integer overflow/underflow, reentrancy, access control, and the settlement-fee mechanism. The final report will be published once the audit completes — see Section 16 (Roadmap) for the targeted Q4 2026 milestone.

The BSYA token contract is deployed on BNB Smart Chain mainnet and public distribution is live through the marketplace's operational reward paths. Operational distribution is active: a 100 BSYA welcome bonus is granted on signup, 5% BSYA cashback is granted on every fiat-paid marketplace purchase, and 200 BSYA is granted per paying user referred. Marketplace work payouts (developer listings, agent operators, MSP customers) are also denominated in BSYA where the counterparty opts in. Payouts run from the Public allocation wallet (Section 5, 0xa3c9…c00f). These are utility-incentive credits funded from the Public allocation — not a public sale, not an offer to sell BSYA, and not an investment in Basys Analytics. They do not grant ownership, revenue share, or dividends. Vesting schedules for Treasury, Ecosystem, Team, Advisors, and Reserve continue per Section 5.

Basys Analytics does not commit to any future list price, does not promise an exchange listing, does not operate an official liquidity pool, and does not make any claim that BSYA will appreciate. No bonuses, staking rewards, APY, or time-limited incentives are offered on BSYA participation. Any secondary-market price is set by independent market participants and may move in any direction, including to zero.

The marketplace operates an in-app credit system as the operational bridge between fiat / Bitcoin payments and BSYA. Users may purchase marketplace credit by card or Bitcoin; credit is denominated against BSYA at a platform-internal peg of €0.01 per BSYA. The peg is hardcoded in Phase 1 and is used solely to denominate in-app credit balances and to size credit→BSYA bridge transactions. It is not a market price claim, not an oracle, not a redemption guarantee, and not a forecast of any future BSYA market price. In Phase 2, the project team plans to replace the hardcoded peg with an on-chain oracle once independent DEX liquidity exists.

What the peg means and does not mean. The €0.01 peg is a platform-internal accounting parameter. It is the rate at which Basys Analytics denominates in-app credit balances and sizes credit→BSYA bridge transactions for its own users. It is not a price floor, not a price ceiling, not a buy-back commitment, not an exchange rate guarantee, and not a claim about any third-party market price for BSYA. Any third-party secondary-market price for BSYA is set independently and may differ from the peg, including by a wide margin and including a price of zero. Basys Analytics does not operate an official exchange and does not promise a listing on any venue (see Sections 18 and 19).

Operational flow. A user purchases credit with a card or with Bitcoin via the marketplace checkout. The purchase is quoted in EUR and recorded as an in-app credit balance. The user may (a) spend credit directly on marketplace items, (b) convert credit to BSYA via the bridge at the platform-internal peg, or (c) leave it as a credit balance. When credit is converted to BSYA via the bridge, the resulting BSYA is delivered into the user's wallet (or held in the pre-wallet claimable-balance, per Section 7.2). When a marketplace item or MSP invoice is settled in BSYA — whether the BSYA arrived via DEX purchase, third-party transfer, reward, or the credit bridge — the BSYA-payment discount applies to that transaction.

The credit system is the operational customer-facing complement to BSYA: it lets users pay with conventional rails (card, Bitcoin) and still access tier paths, marketplace items, and the BSYA-payment discount without needing to interact with an external on-chain venue first. The credit system is a closed-loop in-app accounting system; in-app credit balances are units of account, not deposits and not financial instruments, and credit balances are refundable within the marketplace's standard refund window for fiat-paid credit per the refund policy.

Holding BSYA does not confer equity, debt, revenue share, dividends, guaranteed appreciation, voting rights in Basys Analytics as a company, or any legal claim against Basys Analytics or its affiliates. BSYA is an optional ecosystem utility token used within the Basys Analytics Marketplace.

Jurisdictional availability. BSYA is offered only in jurisdictions where doing so is permitted. BSYA is not offered to US persons or to persons located in prohibited jurisdictions. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that any interaction with BSYA complies with the laws that apply to them.

Phase 1 operational scope. As of the date of this document, BSYA is operated under "Phase 1" parameters: unified service tier access via three equivalent paths (BSYA balance hold, pay-per-use, or subscription / signed agreement) per Section 7, an in-app credit system bridging fiat/Bitcoin and BSYA at a platform-internal €0.01-per-BSYA peg per Section 13, BSYA as an optional payment rail at checkout, marketplace-based acquisition rewards (welcome bonus, cashback, referrals) per Section 12, and no on-chain oracle for the credit peg. Phase 2 (planned) may replace the hardcoded peg with an on-chain oracle and add a tiered-KYC fiat-to-BSYA bridge. Phase 3 (planned) may add a third-party liquidity pool. Each phase is subject to legal, regulatory, and operational review before activation. Phase 2 and Phase 3 are not commitments and may be modified, delayed, or omitted entirely.
Phase 1 Betriebsumfang. Phase 2 (geplant) könnte den fest verdrahteten Peg durch ein On-Chain-Oracle ersetzen und einen tiered-KYC-Fiat-zu-BSYA-Bridge hinzufügen. Phase 3 (geplant) könnte einen Drittanbieter-Liquiditätspool hinzufügen. Jede Phase unterliegt rechtlicher, regulatorischer und betrieblicher Prüfung vor Aktivierung.
